Some people like to be flamboyant, while others prefer silence. Whoever it is, whatever their preference, is understandable, as long as they maintain a proper balance.
I advocate that one should speak their mind; keeping things bottled up is certainly detrimental to health. Therefore, one should speak freely and express oneself fully; only by freely expressing what one wants to say can one feel truly liberated.
Of course, some things cannot be said to just anyone. This requires choosing the right person to confide in and the right occasion. What to say to whom, when to say it, and how to say it all require careful consideration. Therefore, speaking freely does not mean speaking freely to everyone, nor does it mean speaking without restraint, nor does it mean speaking without regard to occasion or place.
Frankly speaking, everyone has a dark side or secrets that are not easily revealed; some things may never be told to anyone in one's entire life.
With close friends, one can speak freely, especially with one's closest confidants. Therefore, making many friends allows one to confide freely.
I enjoy being open and honest, and I especially love expressing my opinions. I firmly believe that as long as one has a pure heart and treats others with kindness, one will not say anything that hurts others. Therefore, I can speak freely without any reservations.
Speaking freely, getting things off one's chest, and feeling relaxed are all beneficial to one's health—this is obvious.
