Life is like rain, please hold an umbrella and forgive.

A few days ago, I received a message from a stranger. She's recently encountered some very difficult things in her life.

Her father suddenly fell ill and was rushed to the hospital. The doctor said he was in intensive care and at risk of dying at any moment.

Meanwhile, her company was working on its most pressing project, and the entire team was working overtime with complete dedication.

For several nights, she suffered from insomnia, her pillow soaked with sweat, yet she still forced herself to face life the next day.

She said: "Why is life so difficult?"

Yes. Life is like that; no one's path is smooth sailing.

Sometimes, we think everything seems to have settled down, but unexpected things still happen.

Life is like a heavy rain; whether you stand or run, it will still fall.

Please remember to always bring an umbrella.

  1. Sadness is a part of life, but not all of it.

We often say that we should take control of our lives.

But reality often forces us to be different.

In life, we will encounter many unpleasant things and people; there's no escaping them.

In the midst of these disappointments, sadness and heartbreak are inevitable.

What we can do is not avoid these negative emotions, but learn to reconcile with them.

A few years ago, I loved someone with all my heart.

I thought about his joys and sorrows, and I imagined a future together filled with the mundane realities of life.

Like many regretful endings in youth, we broke up.

I was truly heartbroken then, my heart felt like it had been hollowed out.

Tears streamed down my face; even the slightest mention of him would bring tears to my eyes. I

couldn't muster any energy for anything, and even felt hatred towards him.

I thought how much better it would have been if nothing had ever started—"you never came, I never loved"—there wouldn't have been so much pain.

But later, I slowly realized that this relationship also brought me beautiful moments.

It taught me how to love someone, allowed me to experience the beauty of love, and helped me grow.

The pain of a breakup isn't the entirety of a relationship; the sweet moments and memories along the way are real too.

So, I reconciled with the sadness of heartbreak.

At least when I recall those days, I feel good, and so does he. Besides, I have family and friends, and many beautiful things await me in life.

Happiness, joy, sadness, disappointment, and sorrow are all emotions that can arise in relationships, and they are also unavoidable emotions in life.

One moment you may be unable to extricate yourself from sadness, and the next moment something joyful may happen.

Life's rain will eventually stop.

So, if you are in the rain, don't be too sad.

  2. Time will eventually heal everything   .

I once heard a story:

A merchant's business suffered a setback, he lost all his possessions, became penniless, and his wife left him with their children.

Helpless, the merchant sought help from a wise old man.

He asked the old man, "Old sir, I have lost everything, and only sadness remains in my life. What should I do?"

"Then let go of your sadness," the old man replied.

The merchant felt lost in this advice, so he found a corner in the mountains where the old man lived to stay.

One day, the merchant was suddenly overcome with grief and began to weep endlessly.

Finally, his tears ran dry, and he could cry no more. He looked up and saw the morning sun shining warmly on the earth.

He went to the old man again and asked, "Old sir, what is life?"

The old man looked up at the sky, smiled, and replied: "You wake up to a new day. Don't you see the sun rising every day?

No matter how painful your experiences are, in the grand scheme of things, they are nothing more than trivial matters.

The sun will rise again tomorrow; the sunlight won't disappear just because it rained last night.

If you can't hold back your tears, if you can't control your sadness, tell yourself:

no sadness is worth it, and nothing is insurmountable. Time heals all wounds.

Look up at the blue sky, go outside to see the flowers and grass, spend more time with family and friends—life still has so much beauty to offer.

Love and hate, all become the past; good things and bad things, all become history.

The important thing is that we can dry our tears and move forward, welcoming the sunrise with time."

  3. The most beautiful thing isn't a rainy day, but the world inside an umbrella.

There's a saying: "Happiness is a cat eating fish, a dog eating meat, and Ultraman fighting monsters."

Happiness doesn't require high material conditions or a perfect life.

It might be the moment you collapse on the sofa after a busy day, completely relaxed;

it might be making up after an argument with your loved one; it might simply be a sunny day with a gentle breeze.

Life inevitably brings setbacks and fatigue.

But those unpleasant moments also remind us of the preciousness of the beautiful ones.

So don't be too hard on life. While it brings pain, it also teaches us strength and courage.

When life feels difficult, open the umbrella called "forgiveness."

Because the most beautiful thing isn't a rainy day, but the you inside the umbrella.

The you inside the umbrella can hold the umbrella and forgive the bad weather, forgive all the unpleasantness.

Life is like rain; please hold the umbrella and forgive.

Because nothing is insurmountable.

❤ So keep going!
